2. Payment & Renewal

• Fees: You agree to pay the applicable fees for the Services on a monthly, annual, or project basis, as outlined in your order or invoice.

• Renewal: Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.

• Late Payment: The Company may suspend or terminate Services if payment is not received on time.

• Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to adjust fees with at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice.

• Refunds: Unless otherwise specified in writing, fees are non-refundable.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for account setup and billing.

• Ensure that all content you provide (text, images, media, customer data) complies with applicable laws.

• Maintain backups of your data. While we may provide backups, ultimate responsibility rests with you.

• Use the Services in a lawful manner and refrain from any misuse, including spamming, malicious activity, or hosting prohibited content.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions

You may not use the Services to:

• Store, host, or transmit illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or abusive material.

• Engage in activities that interfere with or disrupt network performance, security, or availability.

• Send unauthorized marketing communications (spam) or engage in hacking, phishing, or fraud.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict accounts, or terminate Services in the event of violations.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
